FINDmsg Terms of Service

1. The product

FINDmsg is desktop software for Apple macOS that searches Messages data stored on the customer’s own computer. It is sold as a digital license. It is not a hosted messaging service and does not store your message content on our servers.

2. License

A standard purchase grants a lifetime license for one (1) Mac, bound to that computer’s hardware identifier. Sharing a license key to activate additional computers is not permitted. We may deactivate abuse or fraud.

3. Trial

A limited free trial (a small number of searches) may be offered. Trial eligibility is tied to the device and may be enforced locally and/or online. The trial is provided as-is.

4. Requirements & your responsibilities

• Compatible macOS and permission (e.g. Full Disk Access) as described in the product docs.
• You may only use FINDmsg on devices and message data you are legally authorized to access.
• You are responsible for backups and for how you use search results.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (and related Managed Payments services). Prices are as shown at checkout. Taxes may be collected where required. Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact support if the app cannot run for a documented technical reason on a supported system.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy notice. Message contents are not uploaded to allmkts.com as part of normal search use.

7. Disclaimer

FINDmsg is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, macOS, and iMessage are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FINDmsg is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
